We’re asking parents to lend a hand at Beaumont Park pitch next Tuesday evening, 9th June, from 6:30pm.
Topsoil was delivered to the school yard this week, and we need to move and spread it across the bare patches on the pitch before sanding and reseeding work begins on 16th June.
Any help, even for an hour or two, would make a big difference. Please bring a shovel, rake or wheelbarrow if you have one. Wheelbarrows and rakes would be especially useful, ideally with someone to operate them!
No experience is needed, and new faces are very welcome. It’s a practical way for parents to help improve the playing surface for all the children who use Beaumont Park.
